Beamy est une entreprise française qui accompagne plus de 40 acteurs majeurs tels que Decathlon, BNP Paribas, Vinci ou encore Orange. Nous permettons d’observer l'usage et de comprendre les besoins métier autour du SaaS dans l'entreprise.

Job Description

In 2023 we have decided to make a major shift in our product offering and refocus on our core capabilities: enabling complete and reliable visibility of all SaaS applications within the company.

Join the Product team and take part in the development of a strong product culture inside Beamy. We need to consolidate a lot of what we learned this past year (documentation, use-case, usage metrics..) and make sure that the split between the Tech team and the Product team is well-balanced.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

Customer and Market Analysis: Dive deep into understanding our customers, personae, and their current challenges to strategically define the future of our product.

Project Leadership: Manage all stages of project development such as discovery, planning, execution, documentation, and gathering customer feedback.

Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams within Beamy, including:

> Collaborate with client-facing teams to gather and prioritize customer feedback.

> Provide clear visibility into the product development process to all relevant teams.

> Assist engineering teams by providing the necessary insights and support to build the best possible product.

Team Development and Structuring: Help in nurturing and structuring the product team to enhance collective expertise and efficiency. Your contributions will foster team growth and refine our product processes through shared experiences and best practices.

🕵 We are looking for individuals who have:

You have a proven ability to conduct detailed interviews with various stakeholders to uncover their pain points and precisely frame problems. This role requires a keen insight into the needs and challenges faced by large corporate IT teams.

You have already worked on a Product intended for B2LargeB. This background will provide a solid foundation for understanding the complexities and dynamics of SaaS products at scale.

You have a strong capability in finding adequate solutions and coordinating projects from conception through to deployment.

You are a native French speaker or bilingual (C2)
